Nappa Salad
Ingredients
| 1 | | Nappa Cabbage
| | 4 | | Green Onions

| | | | 1 | cup | vege. oil
| | 1/2 | cup | white vinegar
| | 2/3 | cup | white sugar
| | 2 | Tablespoons | Soy Sauce
| |
| | | | 1/4 | cup | Butter
| | 1 | Cup | Slivered Almonds
| | 2 | Packages | Mr. Noodles- Crushed
| |
| | | | 1/4 | Cup | Sesame Seeds |
Wash and dry the cabbage, remove the center and slice into thin pieces. Add to the green onions which have been sliced. To make dressing, mix the oil, vinegar, sugar, soy sauce. In a sauce pan, mix the butter, almonds and noodles(crushed). Toast until golden brown and add the sesame seeds last so they do not burn. Add all together when ready to serve.
