Dried Beef Log
Different cheese spread and "oh so yummy"!
Ingredients
| 5 | ounce jar | dried beef
| | 8 | ounce | cream cheese
| | 3 | ounce | cream cheese
| | 2 | Tablespoons | blue cheeese
| | 2 | Tablespoons | mayonnaise
| | 1 | Tablespoon | green onion
| | 1 | Tablespoon | horse radish
|
chop dried beed into small pieces. Add rest of ingredients and mix well. Shape into a log about 1 1/2 inch in diameter. Refrigerate. Servie with cocktail crackers.
