Steve Bauers Moms Peach Pie

Ingredients
| 2 | pie crusts for 8 inch pie
| | | 4 | cups | sliced fresh peaches
| | 1 | teaspoon | lemon juice
| | 2/3 | cup | sugar
| | 3 | Tablespoons | flour
| | 1/4 | teaspoon | cinnamon
| | 1 | Tablespoon | butter or margarine

Mix peaches with lemon juice and stir together with sugar, flour, cinnamon . Turn into pastry lined pie pan, cut slits in pastry top. Drop a few bits of butter over top. Cover edges with foil so not to burn. Take foil off last 15 minutes. Temperature of oven is 425 degrees for 35 - 45 minutes until bubble come up through slits in crust.
