Steve Bauers Moms Peach Pie

Ingredients
2 pie crusts for 8 inch pie
4cupssliced fresh peaches
1teaspoonlemon juice
2/3cupsugar
3Tablespoonsflour
1/4teaspooncinnamon
1Tablespoonbutter or margarine


Mix peaches with lemon juice and stir together with sugar, flour, cinnamon . Turn into pastry lined pie pan, cut slits in pastry top. Drop a few bits of butter over top. Cover edges with foil so not to burn. Take foil off last 15 minutes. Temperature of oven is 425 degrees for 35 - 45 minutes until bubble come up through slits in crust.
