Beer Batter
Fish fry batter
 

Ingredients
1cupflour
1cupbeer\water or milk
1egg
4teaspoonscornstarch
1/4cupoil
1teaspoonsalt
1teaspoonbaking powder


mix all ingredients together and stir until smooth. Dip fish in and fry in hot oil.
