Sausage Gravy
Southern gravy over biscuits
Ingredients
| 1 | pound | sage sausage (I use Jimmy Dean)
| | 2 | Tablespoons | chopped onion
| | 6 | Tablespoons | flour
| | 1 | Quart | milk
| | 1/2 | teaspoon | poultry seasoning
| | 1/2 | teaspoon | salt
| | | couple shakes worstershire sauce
| | | many drops tabasco sauce

Brown sausage in large skillet. Add onion and cook until tender. Add flour to sausage and onion and cook until the flour is brownish looking. Add milk and stir until mixture thickens. Add rest of ingredients. Taste to see if all is good...
This is served over home made biscuits. If you want to make life easier, purchase the ready made ones......
