How to have an easy dinner party and impress your guests!!
 

Ingredients
8country style pork ribs
3Tablespoons peanut oil
1Largeyellow onion, peeled and chopped
2Green Peppers,chopped
1Red pepper, chopped
3Cloves garlic, minced
5Ribs celery, chopped
8Green onions, chopped
1Largecan whole tomatoes, crushed
3-1/2cupschicken stock
1PoundSliced smoked sausage
1-1/2cupsdiced cooked ham
1PoundShrimp, shelled
3Tablespoonschopped parsley
2teaspoonshot sauce
1/4cupWorcestershire sauce
1teaspoonwhole thyme leaves
Freshly ground black pepper
2cupsuncooked rice


Brown ribs on rack in a 400 degree oven 30 - 40 minutes. Meanwhile, add oil to large skillet and saute onions, green peppers, red peppers, garlic and celery until tender. Place vegetables in large stock pot with tomatoes and chicken stock. Simmer 45 minutes - 1 hour. Pan fry sausage until just brown. Add remaining ingredients except sausage and rice. Simmer covered 20 minutes. Add sausage and rice; simmer an additional 20 - 30 minutes.
 
Serves 8 people. Yummy!!!
