Spinach pie
Can be used in pie crust or just baked in pan without the crust.
Ingredients
| 1 | package | frozen spinach
| | 1 | cup | freshly grated parmesan cheese
| | 2 | eggs
| | | 1 | teaspoon | salt
| | | pinch | pepper
| | 3 | Tablespoons | cottage cheese
| | | | Pie Crust (optional) |
Mix all indredients together . Pour into pie crust or round pie pan. Bake 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
