Slopping sauce
Sauce for bargequed chicken
Juicey and tender chicken on the bar-be-que
Ingredients
| 1 | pint | vinegar
| | 1 | pound | butter
| | 4 1/2 | Tablespoons | salt
| | 1 | ounce | accent
| | | garlic salt to taste
| | 2 | Tablespoons | Worchestershire Sauce
| | 2 | Tablespoons | pepper |
Mix all ingredients and heat until hot. While the chicken is on the grill, keep slopping this wonderful mixture on until chicken is done.
You will need to keep a spray bottle of water handy as the butter in the sauce will tend to flame the coals. This is truly the most tender chicken I have had the pleasure of cooking....
