Slopping sauce
Sauce for bargequed chicken Juicey and tender chicken on the bar-be-que
 

Ingredients
1pintvinegar
1poundbutter
4 1/2Tablespoonssalt
1ounceaccent
garlic salt to taste
2TablespoonsWorchestershire Sauce
2Tablespoonspepper


Mix all ingredients and heat until hot. While the chicken is on the grill, keep slopping this wonderful mixture on until chicken is done.
 
You will need to keep a spray bottle of water handy as the butter in the sauce will tend to flame the coals. This is truly the most tender chicken I have had the pleasure of cooking....
