Seafood Casserole Supreme
This recipe was given to me by a wonderful gourmet cook who hosted many beautiful dinner parties... I was not going to share this delightful dish but - what the heck!!
Ingredients
| 1 | pound | crab
| | 1 | pound | scallops
| | 1/4 | pound | Smithfield Ham
| | 1 | cup | diced celery
| | 3 | chopped | green onions, with tops
| | 1/2 | small | green pepper, chopped fine
| | 1 | Tablesp. | worcestershire sauce
| | 2 | Tablesp. | lemon juice
| | 1 | teasp. | parsley
| | 1/2 | pound | mushrooms
| | 1/2 | pound | mozarella cheese
| | salt
| | | | 3 | eggs,beaten
| | | 1 | cup | half & half
|
Combine all ingredients except eggs and half & half. Beat eggs with milk and pour over ingredients. Mix well. Bake in 4 quart casserole (sprinkle with paprika) at 350 degrees. 45 minutes to 1 hour.
