Seafood Casserole Supreme
This recipe was given to me by a wonderful gourmet cook who hosted many beautiful dinner parties... I was not going to share this delightful dish but - what the heck!!
 

Ingredients
1poundcrab
1poundscallops
1/4poundSmithfield Ham
1cupdiced celery
3choppedgreen onions, with tops
1/2smallgreen pepper, chopped fine
1Tablesp.worcestershire sauce
2Tablesp.lemon juice
1teasp.parsley
1/2poundmushrooms
1/2poundmozarella cheese
salt
3eggs,beaten
1cuphalf & half


Combine all ingredients except eggs and half & half. Beat eggs with milk and pour over ingredients. Mix well. Bake in 4 quart casserole (sprinkle with paprika) at 350 degrees. 45 minutes to 1 hour.
