Breakfast Casserole
Sausage/Egg Bake Easy preparation for next day company breakfast.
 

Ingredients
1poundmild sausage
8eggs
2cupsmilk
6sliceswhite bread, cubed
1teasp.salt
1teasp.dry mustard
1cupcheddar cheese, shredded


Brown sausage, cool and crumble in bowl. Beat eggs and add milk, salt, mustard and bread cubes. Stir and add cheese and sausage. Put in greased 13x9 inch baking pan. REFRIGERATE OVERNIGHT. Next morning, DO NOT preheat oven. Bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes clean.
 
This is such a great time saver when company comes overnight.
