Breakfast Casserole
Sausage/Egg Bake
Easy preparation for next day company breakfast.
Ingredients
| 1 | pound | mild sausage
| | 8 | | eggs
| | 2 | cups | milk
| | 6 | slices | white bread, cubed
| | 1 | teasp. | salt
| | 1 | teasp. | dry mustard
| | 1 | cup | cheddar cheese, shredded |
Brown sausage, cool and crumble in bowl. Beat eggs and add milk, salt, mustard and bread cubes. Stir and add cheese and sausage. Put in greased 13x9 inch baking pan. REFRIGERATE OVERNIGHT.
Next morning, DO NOT preheat oven. Bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes clean.
This is such a great time saver when company comes overnight.
