Ingredients
3
cans
mild whole chillies
3
packages
monterey jack cheese (hot and plain)
3
eggs
beaten
Lay the chillies flat in 9x13 pan or baking dish. Spread over them, 3 packages monterey jack cheese. Drizzle the 3 beaten eggs on top. Bake 350 degrees - 45 minutes.
