Rum Punch
wonderful punch which tastes sort of like a nice refreshing bunch of fruit --but it is not!!!
Ingredients
| 2 | cups | orange juice (5 oranges)
| | 3 | whole | lemons
| | 2 1/2 | Cups | unsweetened pinepple juice
| | 1/2 | cup | granulated sugar
| | 750 | ml | Rum (fifth) or normal size bottle
| | 1 | quart | ginger ale |
About one hour before serving, squeeze 4 oranges and 2 lemons into glass pitcher. Add pineapple juice and sugar. Add rum. Slice remaining orange and lemon into thin slices and add. Stir well. Cover. Just before serving, place block of ice in punch bowl. Add giner ale and juice mixture. Makes about 20 punch cups.
Note: You can just mix up a can of frozen orange concentrate as you would on directions and put 2 cups in the punch.
