Spuds Elegant
Very easy and simple for plan ahead dinner party
Ingredients
| 8 | ounces | cream cheese
| | 4 | cups | mashed potatoes
| | 1 | | egg, beaten
| | 1 | teas. | salt
| | 1/3 | cup | onion, chopped
| | 1/4 | cup | pimentos, chopped |
Blend cheese in hot potatoes. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into greased casserole. Bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
