7 week muffins
Wonderful breakfast batter which will keep in your refrigerator prior to baking for 7 weeks!!
 

Ingredients
2cups100 % Nabisco Bran Cereal
4cupsKellogg All Bran Ceral
2cupsboiling water
4eggs,beaten
1cupsoft shortning
2 1/2cupssugar
1quartbuttermilk
5cupsflour
5tsp.baking soda
1 1/2tsp.salt


Mix first four ingredients - let stand until cool. Add next 3 to first mixture. Then fold in last ingredients and mix well. Store covered in refrigerator until ready for use. Spoon into muffin tins which have been lightly greased. Bake 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Batter will keep for 7 weeks.
